Chuck Grassley: Iowa Doesn’t Need More of Biden’s Failed Policies
WEST DES MOINES – Senator Chuck Grassley released the statement below regarding President Joe Biden’s visit to Iowa.
“It’s about time President Joe Biden and his administration take responsibility for their disastrous energy policies. Soaring fuels costs and record-high inflation rates are byproducts of their own misguided agenda. Instead of declaring war on American energy independence, the Biden administration ought to listen to Iowans who are getting hammered with high gas and grocery prices and enforce the nation’s immigration laws instead of ignoring the border crisis.
“President Biden and his administration need to wake up to see the problems they’ve created. While today’s announcement for expanding E15 is a step in the right direction, Americans can’t get ahead and stay ahead with 40-year high inflation.”
