Chuck Grassley Extends Fundraising Lead with $4.6 Million War Chest

WEST DES MOINES — Today, the Grassley Works campaign announced it outraised all other candidates running for U.S. Senate in Iowa and extended its fundraising lead by raising $1.6 million from more than 24,000 donors in quarter one of 2022. Donations came from supporters in all of Iowa’s 99 counties. The Grassley Works campaign has raised $6.4 million so far this cycle and has more than $4.6 million cash on hand with no debt.

“Our numbers show this is a campaign by the people of Iowa and for the people of Iowa. At a time when fuel costs are skyrocketing and inflation is hitting a 40-year high, it’s even more meaningful to see strong support from across the state,” Senator Chuck Grassley said. “I’m grateful Iowans have placed their trust in me to represent them in the U.S. Senate, and it’s an honor to continue earning their support. I’m going to keep working as hard as ever to ensure we win back the Senate majority this fall. We’re sowing the seeds in fertile ground for victory on Election Day to ensure we reverse President Biden’s disastrous policies.”

Below is the cash on hand for all candidates running for U.S. Senate in Iowa. The Grassley Works campaign has 2.5 times more cash on hand than all other campaigns combined and 4.5 times more cash on hand than the nearest candidate.
