Grassley Works Campaign Calls Out Franken’s Lies in New Television Ad
WEST DES MOINES — After Mike Franken refused to pull down his dishonest television advertisement, the Grassley Works campaign released a new television advertisement calling out Mike Franken’s lies and exposing his extreme views on abortion.
“There is only one candidate in this race with extreme views on abortion and that’s Mike Franken,” Grassley Works Communications Director Michaela Sundermann said.
The new ad sets the record straight for Iowa voters: Mike Franken supports unrestricted abortion at any stage of pregnancy with taxpayer funding and abortions performed on minors without parental notification or consent.
Earlier this week, Grassley Works Campaign Manager Matt Dailer, released a statement demanding Franken immediately pull the advertisement off the air for its false and misleading claims.

During the U.S. Senate Democrat Primary Debate hosted by Iowa PBS, Mike Franken said there should not be a limit to abortion and there should not be parental notification laws for minors having an abortion. Mike Franken doubled down on his extreme views in last night’s U.S. Senate debate hosted by Iowa PBS.
