SIBLEY, Iowa — U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley visited Wednesday morning with constituents at the Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley. State Sen. David Johnson, R-Ocheyedan, began the open forum with a question regarding avian flu and federal response.
